Lights shine on a dwelling, but when it comes to absence of people, they stand unacknowledged. Properties without individual presence remain without light. Absence of people to greet the illumination, absence of people's home to lighten up. Uninhabited dwellings stay empty of illumination, leaving the lights with no purpose. Glow seeks humans, but in not a soul's property, there's no one to brighten.
