Working hard to avoid having a rigid reaction within one's lower parts
Whilst undertaking this task, I am putting my mind vigorously on avoiding any form of undesired sensual excitement underneath the waist. By this effort, I am resolved to not succumb to whatever uncontrolled physical manifestation that might exceedingly arise.
